Other players that are not targeted can shoot him down without being at risk of any weapons being taken. Once a player has been targeted, he will be visible to that player until he either escapes or dies. This room contains the Pack-a-Punch machine. The Pack-a-Punch room will close once everyone has left the "Panic Room". The room will remain open as long as one player is in the room, but when the doors are open, the Pack-a-Punch Machine disappears.
The only other way to enter the Panic Room is with the Bonfire Sale power-up , negating the use of the DEFCON switches to get in, although getting the power-up is challenging, and can only be obtained if the Pentagon Thief is killed before he steals any weapons. John F. Kennedy: For time and the world do not stand still. Change is the law of life. And those who only look to the past or the present are certain to miss the future.
We almost blew ourselves up. Now we invited you here today Kennedy: As I always say, forgive your enemies, but remember their names. Now gentlemen, as I like to think, in the long history of the world, that there are only a few generations Kennedy: Zombies. Gentlemen, at times like these our capacity to retaliate must be and has to be massive, to deter all forms of aggression.
Kennedy walks over to the wall behind him and hits a button, which makes the wall flip around to show an armory of weapons. Screen then shows the four of them coming out of the armory. Call of Duty Wiki Explore. Cold War. Weapons in Explore Wikis Community Central.

Moving west into the heart of the map and the next spawn point is at the smaller river village, south of Rivertown, where the northernmost building houses a boxing ring. The Mystery Box and accompanying brain-munching horde can spawn inside, with the box sat in the ring, squaring up for a scrap. Right on the other side of the map is the next Black Ops 4 Blackout zombies spawn point.
West of Array, at the end of the northern bridge coming from Nuketown Island is a roadside cafe and small garage. The box can spawn on the roof of the cafe, with zombies all around the pit stop. Slay them all, inside both buildings to open the box. One cool thing about this location is that when you kill all the zombies, the jukebox inside the cafe starts playing some music.
Sounds very much like one of the old easter egg songs from previous Zombies modes in older Treyarch titles, so it could be a reference to one of those.
After buying a few weapons from the Mystery Box, a Teddy Bear will pop out instead of a weapon. The box will refund you your points and move to a different location. Look into the sky for a blue light to locate the Mystery Box's location. You can also find a Mystery Box's spawn points by locating a teddy bear with either rubble or boxes underneath.
All Mystery Boxes in Black Ops have a certain set of weapons along with a few special weapons for a particular map. In the Chaos storyline, the Mystery Box is composed of the bone and flesh of humans transformed during a Sentinel Trial. Four moving bodies are found on the corners of the lids. In structure, it is similar to the aforementioned Origins and Shadows of Evil boxes. When opened, a misty blue light is emitted. It doesn't have a musical jingle but rather it screams.
The teddy bear is replaced by a skull with glowing eyes. The skull will chatter, before descending into the box. In Call of Duty: WWII , the Mystery Box retains its wooden box like appearance, but now has red rights on the side to signify if the box is active or not. It also opens differently compared to other Mystery Box incarnations, and has no jingle.
During the Halloween Update, in random locations Isolated a group of zombies spawns. Once all zombies are killed, a Mystery Box with medicals, munitions and a legendary weapon can be opened.
The beams emitting from the box are differently colored throughout the levels; normally, the Box emits a blue beam. Before being opened, however, the Box' beam is white. In Call of Duty: Mobile mystery boxes emitted a cyan beam visible from all the island. The beam disappears when a player opens the box. In order to open the Box, the player must be next to the box and press and hold the 'use' button.
When activated, the available weapons will randomize, ascending, until a weapon is chosen. This process takes about four to five seconds. If the weapon is not picked up within ten seconds the time is shown by the weapon descending back into the Box except in Nacht der Untoten in World at War , the Box will reset and it will be able to be opened again in two seconds.
It costs points to use, regardless if the player takes the weapon or not. If the player receives the teddy bear or lock, the player will receive a refund and the Box will relocate somewhere else on the map.
If a player receives the Fire Sale Power-Up , all Box spawns will be occupied and the price for a weapon will be 10 points, but only for a limited time, unless someone in Moon recently hacked the box location.
In Nightmares, Magic Boxes are located at random points throughout missions. They can be activated by holding the "use" button when near one. It does not cost anything to use. Just like in Zombies, it will give the player a random weapon, except it has a chance of having a camouflage and attachments.
