Nag completely gone and it doesn't renistall up OS load. AS it automatically reloads. On a whim I renamed the above DLL and had sucess. But I also wnt into safe mode after the fact anddeleted the wgatray. There wasn' one in the software distrubtion folder and there is no dllcache folder. I located Wgalogon.
