With clear lines drawn between the districts in Quad City, there is a very "mob boss" type of animosity between characters in power. As viewers, we follow Billy Badass as he seeks to silence the tyrants of other districts who have abused their positions and contribute to the impoverished lifestyle of the American people.

Film locations include rough terrain such as abandoned school houses and warehouses. There were some great choices made by the director to bring the dystopian future into clear view for those watching. By far, my favorite story is the underlying relationship struggle that Billy faces with his younger brother as he makes his decisions for the American people. Again, I give a hearty congratulations to all involved in filming and production. I look forward to seeing future works from this director and team.
